I used this product when I got it. The process of using it gave me the feeling that it is noisy and the heat is not hot enough, the effect is not there.

The feeling I get from this product is that it looks good but doesn't work very well after using it.

This heating pad is very comfortable and, of good quality, there is vibration but no noise. Easy to use.

I purchased two, one for my daughter which I use for my shoulders and back, and my daughter for minor abdominal pain and we both love it!

It's a great option that heats a small area, unlike regular heating pads that can only be tethered to a cord.
